They are sent an email with a log in and password
When they login they can view their order history
They can also request a return and state their reason
This is only availabe if you offer returns and it is within the specified time period
Their request is sent!
Your admin gets the request on screen
You can approve or deny the request and the appropriate email is sent
Customer gets the message
They send you the item
Item arrives at your location
You look up the return and process it
